Swincar Ownership


Training / Remote Support

Adventure Sports Innovation (ASI) has spent over two years learning the ins-and-outs of these vehicles, and we have developed comprehensive training and support materials for new vehicle owners in the USA.   This will prepare you to safely operate and maintain the vehicle on your own.


Maintenance Care

Compared to gas-powered off-road vehicles, Swincars require very little maintenance. However, there are a handful of regular service items that are crucial if you intend to keep your Swincar in top shape.  Key tasks include tightening of bolts, adjusting tire pressure and an occasional wheel alignment (10 minute task).


Support wherever you are

If you are within driving distance of one of our service locations and able to transport your vehicle, then you can bring your vehicle to us for any service needs.  For owners far from a designated service center, ASI has built a Remote Ownership Program to help Swincar owners to perform the few regular maintenance tasks that we recommend, or to handle repairs should they be needed.

Remote Owner Program

The Program includes:

  • A modest spare parts kit included in your Swincar shipment.
  • A delivery day video conference with an ASI expert technician to assist in unboxing your vehicle, a briefing on safe operations, charging, and best-practice vehicle inspections.
  • Access to ASI’s Swincar Maintenance Video Series, with step-by-step instructions and demonstrations for performing regular maintenance at home.
  • Phone/Video conference access to ASI expert technicians for real-time help with troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Most parts shipped to you within 2 days by ASI or your local dealer.

The Program equips Swincar owners with:

  • The knowledge and resources to independently keep their vehicles in good, working order under normal use conditions.
  • The skills to repair damages and get vehicles back on the trails quickly.

Serious issues or repairs for items under warranty will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine if an owner can repair the vehicle independently.  In the unlikely event that a vehicle cannot be repaired locally, it would need to be shipped to ASI or the nearest Swincar USA Dealer for servicing.

ASI and Swincar will continue to build-out new dealership and service locations across North America.
